Thought Addiction – The Unhappiness Virus

“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.” (Albert Einstein)

“When we are imprisoned in our Type, then one thing is certain: It’s impossible to escape fate. However, we can change our destiny, our personality and ultimately the course of our lives, by using creative thinking.” (George Paschalidis)

Why does man use his thought to distract himself from reality and he does not direct it to action, pleasure?

All of our addictions are primarily addiction to thinking. How are we going to be able to get rid of them? How are we going to be able to change our thoughts in order to consequently change the function of the structure of our brain?

Knowing and understanding ourselves and other people, we can now intervene in our behaviour and change it, avoiding all the pitfalls of our Type.

Thus, A Types learn to escape their extreme, which is panic caused by stress, nerves and hurry, B Types learn to anticipate stress caused by fear, as well as worrying about the future, which overwhelms them and C Types learn to manage the stress of executing a goal that possesses them due to their passion and insistence -persistence.

Now, with the Tri-Anthropo-Type Paschalidis Model, we will no longer have to let the inheritance of our biological function dominated us; we can influence it, in order to bring balance to our organism and happiness into our lives.
